Certifiers to Issue BASIX Completion Receipts

rom 1st July 2006, Principal Certifying Authorities (PCAs) will be required to go on-line to the BASIX website and generate a BASIX Completion Receipt, within 2 days of issuing a Final Occupation Certificate for a BASIX affected project. The purpose of the scheme is for the Department of Planning to know when a BASIX affected building has been constructed and occupied.
